Apple, Cisco settle iPhone trademark lawsuit

Gotta love the persistence to get the name and Cisco for taking it to Apple on this issue. Also have to love the future thinking Infogear company that trademarked the name back in 1996. Microsoft’s New Zune Digital Media Player on Store Shelves Tomorrow
