I honestly think that the people giving positive reviews on it are paid to do so. You sign up, start working and everything seems to be going along good. I lost my job recently, then I found a post about ChaCha on Yahoo. I worked about 6 hours a day everyday and got my account earnings up to $180.23. Then this morning, I recieved a two-line email stating my account has been deactivated for fraudulent activity. I don't even know what fraudulent activity is or why that would happen! I don't know what I did wrong, when I did something wrong, I'm so confused. I was excited about ChaCha and I liked it so I was in tears and felt totally humiliated because I had to go back and tell my friends and family that yeah, I got scammed. After I talked so much about the company. I emailed them, called them because I want the $180 that I worked hours and hours for, they don't answer you. There's no way to get in contact with this company once you have been deactivated. And I'm not the only one this has happened to. If you google it, you can see that there are tons of people who have randomly been deactivated with little or no explanation. I'm really upset about losing that amount of money. Basically, you're working for free for this place. I never recieved one penny for the 180,000 questions I answered. Please don't bother wasting your time with ChaCha! You'll think things are moving along great and then they hit you out of nowhere with a random deactivation. All you ChaCha cheerleaders, this WILL happen to you! Don't think it won't! I have been below the 95% a week quality on several occasions and guess what I am still here! ChaCha is a great job for stay at home moms or people that want to make extra money! If it is not for you that is fine don't bash a job just because you dont like it. this may be the only opportunity for some people to work right now or at all period! I will be enjoying my money while you people continue to whine and complain I have been a guide for 2 months and I make awesome money! ChaCha is a scam and as they keep changing things they will eventually get rid of the guide role all together and have nothing but form answers. Those who say they have made good money only have done so as a guide and soon their job will be wiped out, so don't listen to them.
