If you were only going to be paid $.02 per search then for 8000 you would have gotten at least $160 not the $140 you stated. Also if you did over 8000 searches it would be more than $160. I use to work for ChaCha my first month I did over 8000 searches and was promised .10 to .20 per search but when I decided to leave and asked how much I would be paid they changed quickly to 2 cent per search so that meant for 8000 hard working searches I would only get $140 that is slave labor so if I were you I would Check it out and file a complaint with the IC3 or the BBB.org about your pay.
