I’m an angry cha cha guide! When i signed up I was promised .10 to .15 a question! When i finally get the tests done and start answering Q’s I find that i’m only getting .02 a question! What kind of bs is that. Thats worse than chicken feed. Theres more benefit of being a grocery bagger than this crap! Also, the stupid grading system says you need to be 95 percent to stay a guide! On mine it looks like the person grading it just guessed and never actually read the Q’s and A’s! A well worded answer that was accurate and with proper punctuation and spelling was given a 0 percent and a question with no answer at all was given a 100 percent! I’m going to get a screen shot of this and post later!

As far as pay goes, I tried asking what was going on and I was told, are you aware that you are violating cha cha rules for asking here. After repeatedly asking someone finally tells me if your in the 95 percent or higher you get the 10 cents a question!

I never planned on making a career out of cha cha but at least they could do is not be so cheap. I’m serious i’ve really busted ass and for what. 15 bucks? Who really wants to sit there and make 75 cents an hour? I mean come on? They should be sued for false advertisement!

Employees and/or guides for ChaCha are not always looking for a place to come complain about their job when they find this site. Many stumble upon it when searching for something else, as I did today.

Yes, your original post was years ago. The bottom line is you were, and are, incorrect. The company is not a scam and there are not constant pay cuts. There was ONE pay cut years ago. I’ve worked as a guide since 2007. I’ve taken home every penny I’ve worked for. I was NEVER promised X amount of dollars an hour. I knew what I was getting into when I signed up- as do all guides.

ChaCha continues to be a viable online job. Nobody will become rich doing this but it pays many bills. If you sign up to work for a company without reading the agreement it’s your own fault.

Plain and simple, the company has made it for a number of years now and is still going strong. There are many that have worked there the whole time, and those like me that fall back on this job when times get tough. You have many statements (regardless of date- you haven’t removed this page) that you need to retract because YOU are the one that is misinformed and inaccurate.
